Julie K. Sharpe
Julie Sharpe has more than 25 years of experience in community economic development. Sharpe has implemented and evaluated programs in family support, community collaboration, community health, early learning, afterschool, youth development, adult literacy and agriculture.
Sharpe is co-manager of Georgia KIDS COUNT for the Georgia Family Connection Partnership and a member of the Georgia Family Connection Partnership Evaluation Team. She is former chair and member of the University of Georgia College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences Advisory Council, has served on numerous state and national advisory committees and councils on a variety of topics, and currently serves on the board of directors for several local and state non-profit organizations.
She is a 1995 graduate of Leadership Georgia, was recognized for her contributions to the children of Georgia by the House of Representatives in 2000, and has won numerous state and local awards for community service. She is a member of the American Evaluation Association (AEA) and has presented more than 50 presentations to a variety of organizations and meetings including AEA, KIDS COUNT National Conference, Child Welfare League, and the U.S. DOE 21 st CCLC Annual Conference.

Brian Settle
Brian Settle has more than 25 years experience in public relations; grant writing; newspaper reporting and newspaper management; political campaign management; video production; and feature film screenwriting. He left a career as an award-winning newspaper reporter and editor to manage several political campaigns in Ohio. Settle then started his own public relations, advertising and marketing company, where he worked with both small start-up businesses and such major corporations as Wal-Mart and AMC Theaters. At Sharpe Solutions, he uses his diverse background in media and management to help clients in all aspects of communications, evaluation, resource development and strategic planning.

Jimmy Parson, MPA
Jimmy Parson provides expertise in data management and analysis. He has provided data management and evaluation for programs in early learning, public health outreach and cancer prevention. He has worked across Georgia with local governments, nonprofits, and small businesses. His skills include SPSS, SAS, SQL and Oracle; Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and Power Point; MS Query, HTML, and Business Objects. He is a member of the American Evaluation Association.
